Today, a new Express Entry draw for Canadian Experience Class candidates sent out 1,350 permanent residency invitations. The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) cutoff score rises by 3 points by to 542 compared to the previous CEC. Previously, an Express Entry draw issued 471 invitations to apply (ITAs) for permanent residency.
