On October 9, 2025, the province issued a total of 1,590 targeted invitations under the Employer Job Offer streams, focusing on:
Healthcare occupations
Early childhood educators and assistants (NOC 42202)
These invitations were sent to candidates in the Expression of Interest system who may qualify under:
- Foreign Worker Stream
- International Student Stream
- In-Demand Skills Stream
… and who are currently residing in Canada.
Additionally, invitations were also issued to candidates under the Regional Economic Development through Immigration (REDI) pilot — supporting Ontario’s regional workforce needs.
